Why the Danish Opera Chose the Robe Forte

A lifelong passion for lighting has taken Dave worldwide, including many years in South Africa, designing for ballets, operas and musicals. As Resident Lighting Designer for CAPAB, the Cape Town-based performing arts board, he designed nearly three hundred productions, winning numerous awards. Dave was an Associate Designer for The Cape Town City Ballet and the South African Ballet Theatre Company. He has considerable experience as a consultant and project manager, working on diverse installations such as The Royal Albert Hall in London and the oldest working theatre in Africa, The Port Elizabeth Opera House. He is proud to be a Product Development Specialist for Robe and assist in developing exciting products for the future.
